INVITATION: Gender Equity and Diversity in STEMM at QUT launch

Join us to celebrate the launch of QUT’s Gender Equity and Diversity in STEMM Action Plan for 2022-26.

QUT’s Gender Equity and Diversity in STEMM Action Plan supports the recruitment, development and visibility of female researchers, and celebrates the achievements of our diverse research community.

This launch event is facilitated by QUT Vice-Chancellor Professor Margaret Sheil and Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice President (Research) Professor Christopher Barner-Kowollik.

Keynote speaker Professor Hala Zreiqat, The University of Sydney (pictured) will provide personal and professional reflections of a career in STEMM as a culturally diverse woman, and how the Action Plan is an important step towards achieving equity and diversity in STEMM.
