Become a Mentor for the 2025 BTF Challenge!

🚀 Calling all researchers, industry professionals, and university students!


Do you want to inspire the next generation of STEM innovators? Join the 2025 BIOTech Futures Challenge as a mentor and help high school students tackle some of the most pressing challenges in medicine, sustainability, and emerging technologies.



🔬What’s involved?


✅ Guide student team(s) in developing an innovation project.


✅ Offer mentorship on research, idea development, and problem-solving.


✅ Provide ~5 hours of mentorship per team (flexible, via Zoom/email).


✅ Support students in preparing their final presentations for the 2025 BIOTech Futures Symposium on October 24, 2025, at The University of Sydney.


💡 Who can apply?


If you’re a tertiary student, graduate, researcher, or industry professional with expertise in science, engineering, technology, or medicine, you can become a mentor and play a role in shaping the future of biotech innovation!


📅 Challenge Period: August 4 – September 19, 2025
