WHAT HAPPENED?

On the 24th of October, at the University of Sydney's MacLaurin Hall, hundreds of students, mentors, and teachers came together to celebrate the hard work of students throughout the challenge. The day featured:

  • The finalists presenting their solution to a panel of industry experts and then being awarded prizes.

  • Engaging talks from guest speakers discussing different aspects of biotech.

  • A hands-on STEM workshop with exciting prizes.

  • A science fair where all students are invited to do a 1-minute pitch to a judge.

Everyone had a blast, and it was so inspiring to see how much the students’ love for STEM grew since the start of the challenge.
