This year we have over 450 students participating in the challenge from NSW, Queensland, Victoria, Canberra, rural and remote Australia, New Zealand, US, Romania, and Jordan!


Meet some of our Guest Speakers:


🔬 Distinguished Professor Fang Chen: An international leader in AI and data science, she's renowned for solving complex real-life problems with data-driven solutions and ethical AI usage. Prof. Chen has earned prestigious awards like the Eureka Prize for Excellence in Data Science 2018, Australia and New Zealand "Women in AI" Award in Infrastructure, and the NSW Premier's Prize of Science and Engineering.


🧬 Dr. Peter Newman: A Bioengineer Research Fellow at the Tissue Engineering and Biomaterials Research Unit, Sydney University. His groundbreaking work envisions a future where replacement organs can be 3D printed and replaced as you sleep. Dr. Newman utilises 3D printers and stem cell biology to rebuild tissues and organs with intricate structures.


🖥️ Professor Hugh Durant-Whyte: NSW Chief Scientist & Engineer and Natural Resources Commissioner. A distinguished roboticist and leader in the field of artificial intelligence and autonomous systems, he has made significant contributions to robotics, machine learning, and computer vision.
